With your permission, we may send you emails including new blog posts and information about new products and services. By subscribing to our newsletter or signing up to receive our blog posts, you are giving your permission to receive communications from us. 

When you subscribe to our blog, newsletter, or other targeted mailing list, we collect your email address and your name for the purposes of sending you the requested content. Your internet protocol (IP) address is also automatically collected when you subscribe to one of our lists. The IP address provides information about your geographic location including your city, state, and country.

If you contact us via with a question about our site or services, we will use your email address only for the purposes of responding to your email. We will not share your information with third parties, nor will we add your email address to our email list without your explicit permission.

Google is our email provider. If you email us, your email address and message will remain on the Gmail system until we respond to your message. After we respond to your message, unless further correspondence may be required, we will delete your message from our inbox. With the exception of business correspondence, such as requests for interviews that may require archiving, each month we permanently delete emails stored in our deleted and sent folders that are older than 60 days.

When you purchase something from our store, we collect the information you give us such as your name, address, and email address for the purpose of delivering your purchase. We use third-party services for the financial transactions (see Section 5). We do not see your credit card information when you make a purchase from our store.

When you visit our site, we automatically receive your computer’s IP address. Your IP address provides information about your browser and operating system. Information from your IP address is anonymous and is used for analytical purposes only.

We see anonymous data collected from our site through our web platform provider, Squarespace, as well as through Google Analytics. Data collected include number of unique visitors, total visitors, pages visited, time spent on the website, visitor browser information, and geographic data based on IP addresses. We view the Google Analytic's data periodically from the Google site. We do not download or store data from Google Analytics.


By providing us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for delivery of a purchase, you consent to our collecting your information and using it for that specific reason only. We will not send additional communications to you without first asking for your explicit consent.

If you opt-in to receive communications from us, you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email message you receive from us. If required by law, we may disclose your personal information.


Our website, including our store, is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our website is configured to allow Squarespace to collect the IP addresses of visitors to our site. The IP data are anonymous and used for the purposes of evaluating traffic and visitor behavior.


The third-party providers used by us will collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform their services.

Certain third-party service providers, including the payment processors Stripe and Paypal, have their own privacy policies. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand how your personal information will be handled.

Also please note that third-party providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where that service provider or its facilities is located.

If the payment gateway used for your purchase is located in the United States, your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.


The security of your information is important to us. We take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not misused, altered, or disclosed. Security measures include using Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) on our website, which encrypts HTTP data and transefers it over a secure connection. We also use established, trusted third-party providers to help us to deliver our services. The providers we use are: Google (email), MailChimp (email marketer, used to deliver blog posts and newsletters), and Squarespace (web platform). For payments, we use Paypal and Stripe.


By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of permanent residence or that you are the age of majority and have given your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.


We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
